Every project starts with an investment-grade Savings & Benefits Analysis. You see the exact wattage reduction, kWh savings, maintenance cost elimination, and payback period — calculated against your actual utility rates and burn hours, not industry averages.
EcoLite finances the whole project — fixtures and installation — and structures the term so each payment is smaller than the energy and maintenance you stop wasting. No capital outlay. No raided credit lines. One advance payment and a documentation fee to start.
Terms typically run one year past the payback period, so the lease payment never outruns the savings that fund it.
A memorandum of understanding usually lands within two or three days. Sign the PO and the finance provider funds the project directly.
Charitable organizations and government agencies get a dedicated plan — typically under 3% with a one-year payment holiday.
